The Northwest San Antonio clinic offers the same full range of vein, artery, and lymphatic treatments as the Stone Oak location, including varicose vein treatment, RFA, Varithena, GAE for knee pain, PAD evaluation, lymphedema therapy, and pelvic venous disorder treatment. About Our Northwest San Antonio Location
To meet strong patient demand for our state-of-the-art treatments, Medical Vein Clinic opened a second location in the fall of 2023 in Alamo Ranch, in Northwest San Antonio.
Medical Vein Clinic is the only San Antonio medical provider with the most advanced and sensitive ultrasounds. Built specifically for vascular imaging, these ultrasounds are used to diagnose leg vein disease and blood clots.
Six years after Medical Vein Clinic opened its first clinic on Isom Road, we surveyed referring physicians and patients and found a clear demand for more of our services in the dense, fast-growing Alamo Ranch area. So we built a second world-class, spacious, private clinic that, like our first location, offers the latest non-invasive treatments for varicose veins caused by venous insufficiency.
Some clinics still use surgery to remove varicose veins, an older, highly invasive, costly, and painful procedure that requires anesthesia and a long recovery time. Our non-surgical, state-of-the-art ultrasound-guided vein treatments use local, topical anesthetics. These procedures take about an hour, and our patients walk in and walk out of our clinic.
Our trusted vein specialists take the time to explain vein disease to patients: its underlying causes, processes, and treatment options. Our team answers patient questions knowledgeably and thoroughly.
We accept insurance to pay for procedures because insurance companies recognize our doctors' expertise and believe their treatments will help stop the progression of vein disease.
